Shipping policy

Order Processing

Each order is prepared with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your package ships.  

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.  

Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within the United States.


- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)  

  Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.


- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)  

  Available at checkout for an additional fee.


Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, and seasonal volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.  

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please double‑check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.  

We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging.  

We will be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.


If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier first. If you need additional support, we’re here to help.


Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
